Pollonia is an idyllic village around a beauriful creek, on the north-eastern tip of Milos. It is one of the most popular villages of the island, and there are plenty of reasons why. Its favorable location makes it easily accesible, as it's only 10 km from the island's main port, Adamantas, and 13 km from the airport. Due to its location within the cove, it has a large beach with golden sand and tamarisk trees (small trees on the sand that offer plenty of natural shade), and also allows quick transfer to the neighboring island of Kimolos. There are numerous fishing boats and yachts that adorn the marina, which is also full of restaurants and taverns, where one can enjoy traditional Greek dishes while enjoying the view of the Aegean Sea.
